Future Tech looks for talks about work you have actually done, across .NET, Microsoft technologies and AI innovation. Fifty minutes for a session, fifteen for a lightning talk, a full day for a workshop.
Travel and hotel can be claimed, agreed with the organisation in advance.

A mentor to get you on stage
A common theme at many conferences is that you see the same people returning every year. And while they might be experienced engineers and have much to share, we are also looking for fresh faces.
So, are you a fresh face? Have you done something awesome or new, or have a fascinating idea that you want to share with the world? But you do not know how yet? Then this is your chance.
This year we are starting a mentoring program where we offer you the support you need to get on stage at Future Tech. We will assign you an experienced speaker as a mentor who can help you with:
- Working out a concrete idea for your talk
- Writing the overall story arc: what to include and what to leave out
- Writing an abstract and submitting it to the call for papers
If your talk is selected, we will then also help you with:
- Preparing the talk, including a story line and slides that support it
- A chance to practise it and get feedback from one or two experienced speakers
- Feedback afterwards, to improve the talk and to prepare for your next one
